The Dashboard will open later this year. You will be sent a link to create a password in order to log on to our secure Dashboard. Please keep this email for future reference as you will need the log in details for all future steps. We ask that you complete your company profile as soon as possible.

Once your logged on, please complete the tabs on the top of your Dashboard:
1) Your profile: Complete your company profile by the 20 December. This will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please send a high resolution version of your company logo & a head and shoulder photo of yourself (at least 300 x 300 pixels) to if this is not already showing on the Dashboard.
2) Selections: From 2 January you can start to select your supplier meetings + strategy groups. The deadline to finalise your choices is 21 January.
3) Your provisional schedule: 23 January your schedule will be available to review
4) Schedule change feedback: 27 January please notify us if you would like to discuss schedule changes you wish to make to your schedule before this date

If you are travelling internationally, please advise us of your arrival and departure times so that we can ensure that your personalised schedule works around this.

There are 7 sessions for you to choose from. Please rate each session in order of preference. You can expect to attend a minimum of 3 sessions and a maximum of 4.

You can expect to have around 8 meetings during the Summit. Please review the profiles and make your requests by the 21 January deadline. You will also be selected for meetings based on the information you have provided in your profile and you will be able to see which suppliers have asked for a meeting with you under their profile on the selections page.

Your schedule will be available to review on the 23 January. Please be open minded when reviewing your schedule, the Summit is fully funded by suppliers who pay upwards of $10,000 to attend. As a delegate, If there are any supplier meetings that you feel would not be a good use of time for either party, please notify us by the 27 January. We cannot guarantee any amendment requests after this date.

If there are any times during the day where you are unavailable, including Salaf times, please advise us of these in advance of the event so that we can ensure that you do not have meetings booked at these times.

Please note that you will receive your final timetable when you arrive at the event.

Taxis from Dubai airport costs approx. 200 AED and take around 45 minutes.

We suggest business dress during the day.

Internet is free of charge in the hotel.

Please do let us know your dietary requirements and allergies. If you are a vegetarian, please specify if you eat fish. These details can be entered via the Dashboard when completing your company profile.

We do not offer travel insurance. Please ensure you make your own arrangements with regards to travel insurance.

If you cancel after 2 December 2019 (2 months prior to the event) you will be charged $2,000. We are, however, happy to discuss a suitable replacement from your company to attend in your place if you no longer able to attend the summit.
