The Dashboard opens on 16 March. You will be sent a link to create a password in order to log on to our secure Dashboard. Please keep this email for future reference as you will need the log in details for all future steps.
Once your logged on, please complete the tabs at the top of your Dashboard:
1) Your profile: Complete your company profile and upload your travel details by the 20 April. This will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please send a high resolution version of your company logo & a head and shoulder photo of yourself (at least 300 x 300 pixels) to email@example.com if this is not already showing on the Dashboard.
2) Selections: 22 April from this date you can start to select your delegate meetings. The deadline to finalise your choices is 5 May.
3) Your provisional schedule: 6 May your schedule will be available to review
4) Schedule change feedback: 8 May please notify us if you would like to discuss schedule changes you wish to make to your schedule before this date.
PLEASE NOTE - the ‘Company’ tab can only be completed by the lead representative. Please contact your account manager if you are unsure who the lead representative is.
Suppliers will be required to select the number of one-to-one meetings included in their package plus an additional 5 selections as back up. In addition, Suppliers will also have the opportunity to have up to 6 mealtime meetings per representative.
Please review the delegate profiles and make your requests by the 5 May deadline. Delegates will also select meetings with you based on the information you have provided in your profile and you will be able to see which delegates have asked for a meeting with you under each of their profiles.
Your schedule will be available to review on the 6 May. If there are any supplier meetings that you feel would not be a good use of time for either party, please notify us by the 8 May. We cannot guarantee any amendment requests after this date.
Please note that you will receive your final timetable when you arrive at the event.
If you wish to extend your stay in Lisbon, additional nights can be booked directly with the hotel via their website: https://www.dolcesitges.com/
Please note we are unable to book any of your additional weekend nights at the hotel on your behalf. However, please do notify us on the dashboard by letting us know if you do plan on staying when filling in the travel section – we will request that you remain in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you need any help with this, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help. Please note your partner should join you after 14:30 on Friday 17 May.

RESERVING YOUR FLIGHT
We will reimburse up to £150 after the event directly to your nominated bank account.
When you submit details of your flight on our Dashboard you will also be asked to complete the name of the account holder, account number and sort code together with the cost of your flight. Don’t forget to send us a copy of your e-ticket. We will transfer all refunds within two weeks of the event.
GETTING TO THE HOTEL
Taxis from Barcelona airport costs approx. €65-€70 and takes 30 minutes to the hotel. Further Information on transfers from/to the airport will be sent to you closer to the event.
We suggest smart dinner attire for the Wednesday dinner, business dress during the day and something smart-casual for Thursday evening.
Internet is free of charge in the hotel.
Please do let us know your dietary requirements and allergies. If you are a vegetarian, please specify if you eat fish. These details can be entered via the Dashboard when submitting your flight details.
We do not offer travel insurance. Please ensure you make your own arrangements with regards to travel insurance.
