MEETING SELECTIONS
To review a delegate’s profile simply click the company name or select Download all delegate profiles (DOC).
You can use the ‘Filter by services’ option to search for delegates that are interested in particular services. Either select the service from the drop down or enter a keyword to get a result.

Please choose the delegates you would like to meet by selecting them in order of preference; A, B, C. We would ask that you make at least 10 extra selections in addition to your package. E.g. if you have a 8 x 1:1 package, make 18 requests, if you have 12 x 1:1 meeting package, make 22 requests.

If you do not wish to meet with a delegate, do not select any of the buttons below their profile. If you wish to amend a selection, please press the ‘X’ to clear your choice. Your choices are automatically saved after each request.

Delegates follow the same process. If a delegate asks to meet with your company this will be indicated on the selection page. This will constantly update over the next 2 weeks as all participants complete their requests. Our scheduling system prioritises meetings when they are requested by both parties.

Please keep an eye on the selection page and reciprocate any requests that are of interest.

MESSAGES
Once a selection is made, you’ll be able to message that delegate to give further details about why you have requested to meet them. Delegates are more likely reciprocate if you include a message with your selection. Only the delegate you are messaging will be able to see the correspondence.

FILTER BY SERVICES
To see which Delegates are looking for certain services, you can use the ‘Filter by services’ drop down, just above the profiles. These services relate to the tick boxes selected in the company profiles.

DEADLINES
Please make your selections no later than midday Friday 20 November. If for any reason you are not able to login and complete this on time, please contact us as a matter of urgency as this deadline CANNOT be extended.

Your provisional schedule will be available for you to review via the dashboard on the Tuesday 24th November. We will contact you at this time to check you are happy and discuss any changes you may like to make, you will receive your final schedule on Thursday 26th November.

Along with your final schedule, you will receive the contact details of the delegates you are due to meet. We ask at this point that you send them a diary invite including your meeting link.
