Coronavirus: our response

Not able to travel? No problem

We are aware that the Sun Protection Conference has a global audience and some attendees will not be able to make it to our London venue due to overseas travel restrictions.

Therefore, we are offering alternatives for those who cannot attend.

The virtual option
1 virtual package: GBP 749 + VAT

Register here to experience all the action LIVE on the day! This package means you can listen to all of the speaker presentations streamed live, along with the opportunity to participate in the live Q&A's. You will also be able to take part in the 'chat rooms' where you can talk to or video call the sponsors and exhibitors who are at the event. This virtual package brings you as close as you can be to all the live action - without actually being there.

The online post-event option:
1 online-post event package: GBP 500 + VAT

This will be available a week after the event, and will consist of recorded speaker sessions and their materials (as long as we have received the speaker's permission). You can register here.

If you require any further information on the online post-event option, please contact: eventteam@summit-events.com

Feeling unsure in these uncertain times? We understand and have you covered!

It is worth noting that if the government guidelines in the UK change for any reason, your investment is safe. We hosted a very successful virtual Anti Ageing Conference in 2020, and so, if required, we have full confidence in our capacity to bring you an equally high-quality, informative event through our virtual platform. Alternatively, you will be able to roll over your investment to a future event - or you can have your money back!

If the guidelines stay the same but your situation changes, the event has a 15-day cancellation policy and so no cancellation fee will be charged providing you provide us with at least 15 days' notice.

Coronavirus safety measures at our venue

We will be strictly following UK government guidelines at the time of this event. All safety measures will be provided by Summit Events and the Royal College of Physicians. We will keep this page updated as the guidelines for November are released.
