Coronavirus: our response

Not able to travel? No problem

We are aware that the Sun Protection Conference has a global audience and some attendees will not be able to make it to our London venue due to overseas travel restrictions. We will be providing an alternative virtual option, and still want to hear from you.

Just contact us to let us know this is how you wish to proceed, and we will send over details:

Feeling uncertain in these uncertain times? We understand and have you covered!

It is worth noting that if the government guidelines in the UK change for any reason, your investment is safe. We hosted a very succesful virtual Anti Ageing Conference in 2020, and so we have full confidence in our capacity to bring you an equally high-quality, informative event through our virtual platform. Alternatively, you will be able to roll over your investment to a future event - or you can have your money back!

If the guidelines stay the same but your situation changes, the event has a 15-day cancellation policy and so no cancellation fee will be charged providing you provide us with at least 15 days' notice.

Coronavirus safety measures at our venue

We will be strictly following UK government guidelines at the time of this event. All safety measures will be provided by Summit Events and the Royal College of Physicians. We will keep this page updated as the guidelines for November are released.
