About the Summit
PDS is an exclusive gathering of senior L&D decision-makers whose aim is to find the best solutions to help them achieve the learning & development goals they have set out for their company.
The People Development Summit is a relaxed and time-effective way to convene with like-minded peers, aid business opportunities to discover what’s new in the marketplace, and source partners for upcoming projects.

In its 25th year, the People Development Summit celebrates the numerous relationships built between solution providers and L&D delegates.
The People Development summit provides you the opportunity to meet with pre-selected and qualified L&D delegates who are proactively looking to work with external solution providers to help solve their business needs.
In addition, the summit allows you to network with 80+ delegates over the course of 3 days to accelerate your sales team pipeline and instate long term relationships with potential clients through a collective experience of the summit.

What's the investment?
If you are a senior Head of Learning & Development or equivalent, there is no charge to attend. In advance of the Summit you will pre-select the sessions and suppliers that are of interest and, based on your preferences, we’ll create your personalised schedule.
For the Summit to work for you, you must be a budget-holding HR/ L&D decision-maker for your organisation and directly influence strategy at a divisional or group level.
