GETTING TO/FROM THE HOTEL
**Please be advised that transfers are provided for the recommended flights from/to Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) along with any flights that are arriving at similar times. However, where possible, Summit Events will aim to assist you with alternative transfer solutions. Return transfers from the hotel to Madrid Airport will depart on Friday 3pm prompt for all attendees.**
The journey from the InterContinental Hotel to Madrid airport is 20 minutes.
EXTENDING YOUR TRIP
If you wish to extend your stay at the InterContinenal Hotel, Madrid we do recommend booking your stay directly as it is a standard rate that will remain the same right up until the event. You will need to email antonia.garcia@ihg.com and make it clear that you are a participant of the Summit Event by referencing Summit Events. The rate for a single occupant room is €245 and €265 for double occupancy plus 10% VAT with breakfast included on 12th March. The rate for single occupant room is €220 and €240 for double occupancy plus 10% VAT with breakfast included on 15th and 16th March.
