See here for event timings. Please note all evening mealtimes are part of the Summit. There will be a chance for informal networking over lunch.
The Dashboard is now open. You will be sent a link to create a password in order to log on to our secure Dashboard. Please keep this email for future reference as you will need the login details for all future steps.
Once you're logged on, please complete the 3 tabs on the top of your Dashboard:
- Your profile: Complete your company profile and upload your travel details by Friday 3 February. This will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please send a high-resolution version of your company logo & a head and shoulder photo of yourself (at least 300 x 300 pixels) to firstname.lastname@example.org if this is not already showing on the Dashboard.
- Selections: Friday 10 February from this date you can start to select your supplier meetings, strategy groups + action learning workshops. The deadline to finalise your choices is Friday 24 February.
- Your provisional schedule: Wednesday 1 March your schedule will be available to review
- Schedule change feedback: Midday Thursday 2 March please notify us if you would like to discuss schedule changes you wish to make to your schedule before this date.
STRATEGY GROUPS & ACTION LEARNING WORKSHOPS
There will be 5 strategy sessions and 2 action learning workshops for you to choose from. Please rate each session in order of preference. You can expect to attend a minimum of 3 sessions and a maximum of 4.
You can expect to have around 10 supplier meetings during the Summit. Please review the supplier profiles and make your requests by the Friday 24 February deadline. Suppliers will also select meetings with you based on the information you have provided in your profile and you will be able to see which suppliers have asked for a meeting under each of their profiles.
Your schedule will be available to review on Wednesday 1 March. Please be open-minded when reviewing your schedule, the Summit is fully funded by suppliers who pay upwards of £10,000 to attend. If there are any supplier meetings that you feel would not be a good use of time for either party, please notify us by Thursday 2 March. We cannot guarantee any amendment requests after this date.
Please note that you will receive your final schedule when you arrive at the event.
If you wish to extend your stay in Sitges, additional nights can be booked directly with the hotel via email@example.com Please make sure to reference 'Summit Events' to obtain our fixed room rate of 176 Euros.
Please note we are unable to book any of your additional nights at the hotel on your behalf. However, if you do decide to stay on, please send your reservation confirmation number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will request that you remain in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you need any help with this please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

If you are being joined by friends or family Please note they should join you after 15:00 on Friday 10 March.
RESERVING YOUR FLIGHT
We will reimburse travel up to £150 after the event directly to your nominated bank account.
When you submit details of your transport expenses on our Dashboard you will also be asked to complete the name of the account holder, account number and sort code together with the cost of your travel. Don’t forget to send us a copy of your e-ticket. We will transfer all refunds within two weeks of the event.
GETTING TO Dolce Sitges Hotel
We have organised coach transfers for the recommended flights. A member of the Summit team will meet you at the airport and the coaches will take you to the Dolce-Sitges. Please click here for more information on recommended flights and alternative ways of getting to the hotel from the airport.
We suggest business-casual attire for the Wednesday dinner and during the days and something smart-casual for Thursday evening.
Please do let us know your dietary requirements and allergies. If you are a vegetarian, please specify if you eat fish. These details can be entered via the Dashboard when submitting your travel details.
Internet is free of charge in the hotel.
We do not offer travel insurance. Please ensure you make your own arrangements regarding travel insurance.
If you cancel after 8 January 2023 (2 months prior to the event) you will be charged £2,000. We are, however, happy to discuss a suitable replacement from your company to attend in your place if you are no longer able to attend the summit.
