Please note all evening mealtimes are part of the Summit. There will be a chance for informal networking over lunch.

The Dashboard is now open. You will be sent a link to create a password in order to log on to our secure Dashboard. Please keep this email for future reference as you will need the log in details for all future steps.

Once your logged on, please complete the 3 tabs on the top of your Dashboard:
1) Your profile: Complete your company profile and upload your travel details by the 31 August. This will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please send a high resolution version of your company logo & a head and shoulder photo of yourself (at least 300 x 300 pixels) to if this is not already showing on the Dashboard.
2) Selections: 14 September from this date you can start to select your supplier meetings, strategy groups + action learning workshops. The deadline to finalise your choices is 25 September.
3) Your provisional schedule: 30 September your schedule will be available to review
4) Schedule change feedback: 2 October please notify us if you would like to discuss schedule changes you wish to make to your schedule before this date.

There will be 6 strategy sessions & 2 action learning workshops for you to choose from. Please rate each session in order of preference. You can expect to attend a minimum of 3 sessions and a maximum of 4.

You can expect to have around 12 supplier meetings during the Summit. Please review the supplier profiles and make your requests by the 25 September deadline. Suppliers will also select meetings with you based on the information you have provided in your profile and you will be able to see which suppliers have asked for a meeting with under each of their profiles.

Your schedule will be available to review on the 30 September. Please be open minded when reviewing your schedule, the Summit is fully funded by suppliers who pay upwards of £10,000 to attend. If there are any supplier meetings that you feel would not be a good use of time for either party, please notify us by the 2 October. We cannot guarantee any amendment requests after this date.

Please note that you will receive your final timetable when you arrive at the event.

If you wish to extend your stay in Prague, additional nights can be booked directly with the hotel via their website: Corinthia Hotel, Prague.

Please note we are unable to book any of your additional weekend nights at the hotel on your behalf. However, please do notify us on the dashboard by letting us know if you do plan on staying when filling in the travel section – we will request that you remain in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you need any help with this please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help. Please note your partner should join you after 14:30 on Friday 9 October.

We will reimburse up to £150 after the event directly to your nominated bank account.

When you submit details of your flight on our Dashboard you will also be asked to complete the name of the account holder, account number and sort code together with the cost of your flight. Don’t forget to send us a copy of your e-ticket. We will transfer all refunds within two weeks of the event.

Taxis from Prague airport take approx take 35 minutes and cost approx. 850 CZK (around £30). Further information on transfers from/to the airport will be sent to you closer to the event.

We suggest smart dinner attire for the Wednesday dinner, business dress during the day and something smart-casual for Thursday evening.

Internet is free of charge in the hotel.

Please do let us know your dietary requirements and allergies. If you are a vegetarian, please specify if you eat fish. These details can be entered via the Dashboard when submitting your flight details.

We do not offer travel insurance. Please ensure you make your own arrangements with regards to travel insurance.

If you cancel after 7 August 2020 (2 months prior to the event) you will be charged £2,000. We are, however, happy to discuss a suitable replacement from your company to attend in your place if you no longer able to attend the summit.
