Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing Summit - Virtual Edition2-3 December 2020
With a focus on reward, employee wellbeing and benefits, RBWS is an exclusive gathering of like-minded peers from the UK/I HR community.
The Summit is now in its fifth year. As businesses navigate forward into 2021 and look for ways to implement meaningful change, we know that the Summit's role in connecting senior HR leaders with relevant business partners to discover effective solutions, is even more crucial.
And so, we present, the Rewards, Benefits and Wellbeing Summit – Virtual Edition!
We have utilised 25 years of experience in delivering high quality b2b networking events, and called upon our network of industry experts to ensure that this virtual edition and 5th year of the annual RBWS is of the highest quality.
We aim to deliver a time and cost effective, tailored and engaging virtual programme that will encompass all the key elements of the Summit - opening keynotes, one to one meetings with solution providers, and breakout sessions.
Our objective is quality, rather than quantity, to ensure that the time you give is of maximum productivity and adaptable to your new way of working. The programme will be rewards, benefits & wellbeing focused and will include:
Morning sessions across 2 days: 2 x opening keynotes, 4 x TED style talks + Q&A, 2 x small group workshops
Pre-selected and qualified one to one meetings with the UK’s top solutions providers. These will be 40 minutes in length and scheduled throughout the week of the Summit
Additional virtual speaker and roundtable series in the build up to the event

For the Summit to work for you, you must be a main Reward & Benefits or HR decision maker for your organisation and directly influence strategy at a divisional or group level. If this applies to you, register here.
