To review a delegate’s profile simply click the company name or select Download all delegate profiles (DOC) on the Dashboard.
Please choose the delegates you would like to meet by selecting them in order of preference; A, B, C. We would ask that you make at least 10 extra selections in addition to your package. E.g. if you have a 8 x 1:1 package, make 18 requests, if you have a 15 x 1:1 meeting package, make 25 requests.
If you do not wish to meet with a delegate, do not select any of the buttons below their profile. If you wish to amend a selection, please press the ‘X’ to clear your choice. Your choices are automatically saved after each request.
Delegates follow the same process. If a delegate requests to meet with your company this will be indicated on the selection page. This will constantly update over the next 2 weeks as all participants complete their requests. Our scheduling system prioritises meetings when they are requested by both parties. Please keep an eye on the selection page and reciprocate any requests that are of interest.
Once a selection is made, you’ll be able to message that delegate to give further details about why you have requested to meet them. Only the delegate you are messaging will be able to see the correspondence.
Please make your selections no later than midday 27 January. If for any reason you are not able to log in and complete this on time, please contact us as a matter of urgency as this deadline CANNOT be extended.
Your provisional schedule will be available for you to review via the dashboard on 1 February. We will contact you at this time to check you are happy and discuss any changes you may like to make. Please note you will receive your final schedule when you arrive at the event.
Whilst completing your selections please advise us of any other participating suppliers that are a close competitor. You can find this at the top of the ‘Company’ tab.
